Click on the "Take Exam" tab in the menu bar.
Follow the login prompts
Select the exam from the list displayed on your computer screen

GENERAL INFORMATION
2011 Course Policy

The DRE requires that you read this General Information Page prior to purchase and registration for this course.
Real Estate Guide Series is owned exclusively by Training and Broker Services (DRE Sponsor #3573)

All course exams require completion within one year from date of registration
Registration is required to activate exam access key(s), which are provided with purchase of the course.
You are limited by the DRE to a maximum of eight (8) hours reading time per day, which will be used to calculate when you may begin your exams.
Online exams are timed, the time in minutes being equal to the number of questions on the open- book exam.
The exam is graded online on a pass/fail basis. Unanswered questions are marked as wrong. A passing grade is 70% or better.
You are limited by the DRE to completion of final exams for a maximum of fifteen (15) credit hours during any one 24-hour period.
The exam is not downloadable or printable, in accordance with real estate regulations.
When you pass the exam, a Certificate of Completion will be displayed on your computer screen and can be printed on any connected printer.
Your Completion Certificate will also be available by clicking on the tab "Print Certificate."
If you do not pass the exam the first time, one retest may be taken at no additional charge within one year of the initial registration. The retake key will be found on your "no pass" notice. If you do not pass your initial and re-take exam, you can purchase the course again and complete the DRE required study time and new final exam.
In compliance with DRE regulations, the final exam questions and answers cannot be reviewed with students before, during, or after the exam.
There is no refund for failure to achieve a passing grade.
The DRE requires that you certify under penalty of perjury that you are the person who registered for the exam and that you have completed the required study time. The certification is done online before you start the exam.
